The hotel is located within walking distance of the old town and the famous lighthouse Hercules Idea also if you fancy swim as beach across the road.

Good location, little bit old but good facilities, friendly staff. Easy access to the beach and nice ocean view from the room. Overall it is not bad to stay at Melia Maria Pita.

The Melia Maria Pita is very well located, near to the historical center and restaurants. We had a very nice room with view to the Ria and spacious the bathroom was also very nice, but had no bidet.

Great hotel right on the seafront. As you walk in you are impressed by the marble walls and decor. Friendly staff at booking in with chilled water at reception. Our room was on the top floor via a spiral staircase. Although a little difficult to navigate with cases was well worth the sacrifice for the open balcony and views of the town at night. Rooms were well equipped, comfy bed and free wifi Breakfast was relaxing and food was plentiful, tried something different every day. Underground parking, although chargeable gave peace of mind that car was secure
