Women in reception were friendly😀 And helped me. I had luggage here before ch-in. They send me code for acces. They removed my luggage to my room. Communication was ok 👍

Staff were really kind and helpful, gave me lots of good information about the city and recommendations. The bed was very comfortable and the TV with Netflix was an added bonus. It’s in a great central location and I had a good time staying here!
