-The location is great, very accessible. -You can see the sea just a bit, from the balcony, but for this price that is OK. -This is not that close and enough high floor vs. the music downthere (sometimes all day and night) -It is close to good restaurants, like the Oro (more expensive) and the Autoservire (cheaper), 24/7 shops and supermarkets (not far from the bus stop) -It is close to great beaches! -It seems to be a safe location. -The AC works well -Enough place to pack stuff inside -The door works well (3 'round' lock) -The elevators are good -The bed is very comfy
