Very friendly and helpful staff. High tech coffee machine with many choices. Wonderful breakfast with large selection. Modern design. Convenient for walking to the Old City.

Absolutely the most amazing stay we have had in Thailand so far (and I have veen here for more than 5 years now) 🤩 10/10!!! Great location - 15 minutes to the center of Old Town, very quiet, amazing and friendly staff, water at disposal any time and the breakfast!!! Omg!! The most tasty breakfast with great variety. Thank you and we will definitely be back when in Chiang Mai!

The staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. The room was great and comfortable and always clean and the breakfast was delicious. Even if you get there before check in they will keep your luggage in a safe and secure location and the same when you check out

CREW is simply excellent. We enjoyed everything: the comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts, water, coffee and fruit available all day long, even the cool water pool some guests complained about in their reviews :) And the special praise goes to the super nice staff.
