Apple tree Cottage is a beautiful very underrated place with a large enclosed garden what my dog absolutely loved and a fantastic pub literally 20 yards away. What is also very doggy friendly.

We are lucky to live by the sea in Devon but we don't have a garden. This beautiful cottage has a wonderful garden for our dog to enjoy safely. The cottage itself was beautiful and cosy. Gutted that it is fully booked for the rest of the year as we definitely want to rebook in the future. Oh and the bed... nothing is ever as comfy as your own bed.... except for this one at Appletree Cottage.

1) Great location. Easy getting to the beach, Easy to reach the Street and to go travelling elsewhere around. 2) Plenty of parking in the Street in 20 m of the apartment. (our stay was in Feb-Mar during working days) 3) Fireplace doubles pleasure during stay. Some firewood is available for use to be replaced afterwards. 4) Place is very quiet. Easy to sleep. No sound from the Street, no noise from neighborhood. House does not border the main street, hidden deeper out of it. 5) Owner is easy-going to contact and help. 6) Keys can be available from the box, so late check-in is accepted. 7) Kitchen is fully-equipped. All types of meal can be prepared at home. 8) Fossil hammer is available at home. Nice extra for fossil hunters. 9) Garden is very beautiful to relax in the sunny days. 10) All locals and specialists (locksmith, plumber, chimney cleaner) are very polite and nice to speak to. 11) Nissa local-store is close. Fresh meat and vegetables meals can be bought there at acceptable prices to prepare meals at home. 12) Carpet is put all over apartment, which makes it comfortable to move around apartment during cool months even barefoot (Feb)
