The location is excellent, within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. The owner, Mr. Ruslan, is very kind and helpful—he even assisted us in carrying our luggage from the basement to the 5th floor. However, it offers a spacious area suitable for up to four people and comes fully equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Our family was very happy staying here and would definitely recommend it!

The accommodation was immaculate — clean, stylish, and cozy, with all the amenities you could possibly need. What truly made this stay exceptional was the host. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, Nurlan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The level of care and hospitality was unmatched.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The host was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable. He spent an entire day helping us buy jackets and sort out currency exchange, which was such a kind gesture. Not only that, but he also agreed to store our luggage while we went on a 2-night tour to Saty Village. On the day of our departure, he kept our luggage safe and even brought it to us in the evening as we had a late departure. The property itself feels just like home, cozy and welcoming. This level of hospitality is rare to find. Highly recommend staying here! Im writing this twice as i have booked twice. December 18 to december 20 and again december 22 to december 24.
