The reception is located in Pensjonat Biały Potok, at 7 Droga Do Białego Street.If Pensjonat Telimena hosts few guests, breakfast might be served in Pensjonat Biały Potok.Free access to the recreation centre nearby is from 16:00 to 21:00.Please note that for stays for 7 days and more guests can enjoy unlimited pass to Termy Zakopane. For stays 2-6 days guest will receive daily unlimited relaxation in thermal pools, and on the 1st day 2-hour relaxation in the pools.Please note that the parking is for passenger cars only.City tax needs to be paid in cash at the reception.We kindly inform you that a technological downtime is planned at Termy Zakopiańskie from 12.11 to 03.12.2025. We apologize for any inconvenience.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box.

Breakfast was continental mainly, but ample. Beds were comfortable and room was warm. Bath was welcomed and hot water every day. Free small pool and sauna at the next door guesthouse and free passes to Termy Zakopane was great! Parking available.

Our stay in Zakopane was fantastic, thanks to this hotel! Right from the start, the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs; when we mentioned we were vegan, they promptly provided delicious vegan options, making us feel both welcome and cared for. The location of the hotel is another big plus. It's situated perfectly, allowing easy access to the local sights and sounds. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay in Zakopane.
