They are very nice and very helpful. They came to pick us up at the bus stop and give us a lift to the next day's bus. The place is magical. We will definitely come back.

We stayed two nights. The location and the view are amazing. The staff is so kind and always looking after if you need something. We felt like in a fairytale. If you go in north Albânia go there !
