Located in one of the most beautiful parts of Guadeloupe and in a very nice setting. The house is large, looks rather new, and is well-equipped (incl. washing machine), with very easy check-in (via key box- no need to worry about arriving late on a delayed flight). The Anse Grande beach is nearby (10 min drive), other beaches/attractions are within 1 hour of drive (in every case, the car is essential). A waterfall (rapids) with bathing possibilities is just across the street, hot springs few kilometers and active volcano 20 minutes drive+ 2 hours of climbing. Be careful when driving out (very steep hill, poor visibility, and surprisingly high frequency of cars) - it is better to park in reverse!
