Everyone was so friendly. We had luck and could check in way earlier. Everything was clean and the area felt very safe and is close to many restaurants and just 5-10 min walk from city center. In the hotel there is always sobrina around in case you need something (ordering a taxi, any indication, whatever). There is water for drinking in the central area you can fill up your bottle there as many times as you wish. The communication before arrival and during our stay was smooth and friendly.

The hotel is very cute, clean and the staff are very friendly. The rooftop is a great place to enjoy the view of Oaxaca. Lots around and walking distance from downtown.
