Everything. Excellent location, very close to the metro station and to center. Stuff is very kind and helpful ( gives you a map and all the necessary information about the city ). Room was very clean, fully equipped ( coffee machine, hair dryer, amenities, etc ). It has also air-condition which is rare in Germany i think ( we need it because when we visited Nuremberg it was really hot ). Very close to the hotel has a restaurant with excellent traditional Franconian sausages.. Highly recommended.

The room was great for a solo traveller, lots of space. The staff were amazing, so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you (from marking out a sightseeing route to providing me with plasters for a blister). Great location aswell.

It felt like home, we felt so welcome. Fabulous mother and son keep Franconia in perfect condition offering very comfortable little apartments, and lots of helpful information for your stay. Black out blind with comfortable beds. Bathroom has excellent water pressure with a large shower

The room was so comfortable with even a couch to sit on, plenty of space and quiet. Lots of little touches made it special. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. Kersten and Tim were very helpful and made lots of suggestions.
