location, location, location. The location is absolutely the best in Nea Peramos, if you consider the walking distance to the two best taverns. On top of that, the distance to the Koo / Paradise beach bars is a quick drive away. View from the sofa is priceless. Balcony is awesome. The apartment was sparking clean. Host is super friendly. Will definitely book again.
