The fine print
Emotional Support Dog, Conditions:• The hotel allows up to one (1) dog per room for an additional charge of MXN $800 per night. Upon check-in, you will receive a Welcome Kit for your pet and a refundable deposit will be required as a guarantee to cover any damages. Contact the property for more information about the Pet Regulations.• Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed.• Guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.• Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.• Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.• Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.

Wonderful hotel,great staff,free parking available,very tasty breakfast included with different choices, perfect accommodation for our family of three.Every day, housekeeping. Loved it.I am giving 9 out of 10 only because a 10 could be considered impossible to be reached .

The Hotel was wonderfully designed and furnished. The beds were comftable. The staff was so nice and serviceminded. Loved it!
