The staff was lovely and tried hard to speak in English. The facilities are a bit old however well preserved and it sets a tone of a historical place.

The service was polite and communicative. Safe parking available. Room equipment adequate. The atmosphere was relaxing. The offer is fully consistent with the description.

Beautiful outdoor space, a lot of greenery and nice seating areas to enjoy meals. Great breakfast, good dinner options. The place is very close to Melnik and wineries, though you will need a car to reach anywhere.

It's a great location with car parking for our rental car. The swimming pool is very good and the pool bar is also great. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee also.
