This is an authentic, rustic experience on a working farm. The outdoor space and pool were excellent. It is perfectly located for visits to Marvao and Castelo de Vide. Jose is an excellent, accommodating host and a thoroughly good person.

The idyllic peaceful rural location on a working farm with sheep with bells. Jose was a delightful host and the breakfasts were excellent. Our room was spacious and the traditional stone building was nice and cool and the pool was great for cooling off. The bed was very comfortable. There were some nice restaurants about half an hour's walk away and nearby Marvao is well worth a visit. We spent 4 nights here and enjoyed it very much. It is great if you are looking for peace and quiet.
