Very friendly and helpful stuff. You can ask for everything (also tickets for next destination). Good location for finding restaurants and to go to Semuc Champey.

The staff were the highlight of our stay. I'm sorry we didn't get his name but the man who greeted us and checked us in was one of the friendliest hosts we've met on our whole trip. He gave us recommendations on where to eat and how to get to semuc champey as well as how much to pay. He also made some food for us and brought us to the bus station when we had to leave. The room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

The staff were very helpful and gave good advice on saving money to get to Semuc Champey. Beren also arranged good value transport onto Flores, much cheaper than anything online, taking me down to the bus depot and making sure I got onto the right minibus.

The hotel is located in the city center and has a lot of lokal food options in the direct area. A couple of internationaal food options but not much. Great location to do tours, visit caves and other activities to do around town. On wednesday there is a big ish market in the city center that is fun to walk around and eat local cousine. The hotel is very clean and the people that work here are al very kind and tidy. They help you in any way you need and offer shuttles to different locatoins (flores, antigua, guatamala city and more) The rooms are basic but very clean. There are multiple hot showers and you will be explained how to turn on the hot water. There is free water and multiple chill areas to plan yer next days. I have had no issues with the wifi. The views from upstairs are beautifull and if yer up early you see a amazing sunrise.
