Spotless clean. Location is really nice with lots of shops around. Bit further away from the main attractions but I chose it like that so that was fine

Everything, absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Everyone was so professional and welcoming. The staff could not do enough for us and went way and beyond to meet our needs and make us comfortable in the hotel. A special thank you to Erkan bey the general manager Ekrem bey,and all the reception staff. Engin from housekeeping whom cleaned our room spotlessly everyday. These are just a few names that made us feel at home with their friendly yet professional hospitality. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you. The location is amazing with everything on your doorstep. Have been to this hotel 3 times now and we call it our home in Istanbul.
