Size of the room and outside seating, breakfast on request. Tea and coffee facilities in the room as well Parking for 3 cars in the courtyard. And the lady of the house brought cushions for us for the patio chairs.

Second time i've visited. This time I had one of the ground floor rooms which was (even without any airco) very well cooled, despite the 32 degrees outside. Cosy place, a kitchen and utensils you can use if you decide to bring your own food to eat. (not sure you can cook though, I didn't need it) Clean room with enough place. Close to some busy streets but after 20:00 it gets pretty quiet. I didn't include breakfast this time so can't judge on that topic.

The place was nice, had a nice vibe, clean and hot shower,, off road parking, a little out of town but we had a car so wasn't a problem, great for an overnight as part of our journey, communication was immediate,
