We had a nice room with a balcony and a small kitchen. It was comfortable, clean and the air condition was working. The location is good, an Auchan supermarket and even restaurant are easy to reach. The old town is easy to reach.

Aircon worked extremely well and can be adjusted to preference. Our room was clean and staff were lovely. Staff offered luggage storage for us both for €2 combined which was great. Overall a very positive stay, we were pleasantly surprised. The room also had a small kitchen behind some doors with pots and pans.

The staff were wonderful. At reception, Marco checked us in. He was so friendly, cheerful and helpful. During the current heatwave, the pool was a huge bonus. The checkout time of midday was great too, as we could continue our exploration of beautiful Colmar in the morning, then come back and freshen up before moving on. I would definitely stay there again. 10 out of 10 to the staff. Merci.
