Very friendly family owned business, although didn't speak much English, so communicated via Google translate so it wasn't a problem. They helped me hire a scooter, and organise a taxi in to town when checking out. It's a good central location to explore the island. You're less than 5 minutes away from Cat ba town on a scooter. And there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you prefer not to take a scooter
