Receptionist Mr. Asrar Ahmad. He is very caring to make sure all is settled well with you even advised to take care of car parking is correct not to be penalised by traffic although it is out of his duty. In addition, he is honest and tells everything clearly, so the guest is not confused. Also, the housekeeping staff is perfect, unfortunately don't know names, but they clean everything almost perfect nothing I found to complain about, even when they refill the consumed items, such as shampoo, lotion ... etc, they put all items. Unlike my experience in many big hotels such Intercontinental and Hilton, they always miss many items and need to keep calling and ask to bring.
