Little extras like a greeting card for a customer like me who is celebrating a birthday is really nice touch. Well done. Also got upgraded to a suite which is fabulous

The view of Hyde Park is beautiful, and it’s in a good spot near the train station and a quick walk to the CBD. The rooms are nice and comfy. The lobby is gorgeous and has a nice little bar area to have a drink. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Location great - can walk to many places - art gallery, museum, city, gardens and Oxford St - and close to train and bus lines. View over Hyde Park very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Room large and comfortable, with bath.
