The location was convenient with walking distance to Darling Harbour. The room was very clean and cosy. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The whole experience was very enjoyable and very pleasant.

I, Terry O'Connell chose Park Royal Hotel for 4 nights to celebrate my 75th birthday. Rooms, breakfasts and location of the hotel were excellent. Staff were the best and especially Leah in reservations and the barman and staff in the restaurant. Birthday celebrations went extremely well and I thank the Park Royal for a wonderful stay. We had for rooms booked for myself, Riley O'Connell, Brigid Pausina and Kieran O'Connell, all enjoyed the stay.
