Lovane is just off the main western road into Stellenbosch, about a mile out. It is set in a vineyard and is very peaceful, with lovely views. We were only there for one night, but I could have happily stayed longer. We upgraded the free wine tasting for a couple of pounds each to include a chocolate paired with each wine. Breakfast was great, as were the staff.

Amazing staff, beautiful vineyard views, great water pressure in shower. Good breakfast . Location a short drive into stellenbosch town. Also enjoyed the wine tasting

Lovely stay at Lovane, close enough to Stelenbosh but you do need a car.

Breakfast was good and was made fresh as you arrive at the breakfast table. Lovely farm stay in a beautiful area and conveniently situated near Stellenbosch and other towns and wine farms in the Western Cape Winelands. We booked the largest room which was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed.

Wonderful staff and great wine and chocolate tasting. Beautiful room with very comfortable bed, stunning views and great bathroom. Just wish we’d planned to stay longer!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our original 3 day booking due to personal circumstances, but booked for one night and they upgraded us to a much bigger room, we had a free wine tasting and we were so impressed that we ordered some wine. Very nice stay close to the airport.
