We loved the way Porto de Rio personnel acing and helping us very kindly. In addition, the building, including our room, was very clean and with a beautiful view of the river side. The location was just what we were looking for.

The entrance was sweet & we were greeted by the lovely Cristiana, I think she was called. Very welcoming who explained everything. Room was beautiful & very clean. Bathroom lovely with gorgeous white towels & a robe/slippers as a bonus. Didn’t expect that. The view with shutters at the window was adorable. Thank you for the added touch of a small decanter of Port plus chocolates. Loved the Port so much bought 3 bottles at the airport ☺️ little kitchenette which we didn’t make use of but I’m sure if we had stayed longer we possibly would have.
