Great location and overall very good facilities and friendly/helpful staff. Plenty of pools to choose from and the dive club and harbour are right there very close to the resort. Our kid absolutely loved the heated pools and waterslides.

the structure is very large and located in a privileged position directly on the sea and a few steps from Port Ghalib. It offers everything you could wish for during a holiday. There are many restaurants with a good selection of food suitable for international customers. The staff is all helpful and courteous considering the large number of guests present. We would like to thank in particular Mr. HAITHAM, customer service representative, who has always been very helpful in particular with my mother who is 88 years old and disabled, and also speaks several languages well including Italian and English, he stood out for his education and great availability. Thank you

Everything you could possibly want and need was provided for within the grounds, even a doctor which we needed for our daughter. The staff in particular were amazing and very helpful, they all made us feel like we were at home and part of their family.

Short time break without kids for me & my wife Upon arrival had early check in & a warm welcome from the reception Ahmed & welcome drink was offered with warm gesture Special thanks 🙏to mr Ahmed abdelhafiz front office manager for his continues efforts 👌👌& Mr Ali khatab Assistant housekeeping manager for insuring that we had all what we need👍with enjoyable stay(Both of them are credit to this hotel) Our room was well located & housekeeping had well decorated the room upon arrival & had enough amenities & room was cleaned probably with nice sea view & really can’t forget the fantastic view upon wake up.

Amazing resort for the price, cleanliness and the staff were way above expectations. They went out of their way to make sure we get an early check-in since we had a very early flight, and the whole experience was flawless.

The hotel is a huge resorts at the sea side. It has several restaurants, snack places and bars. We arrived very early and were provided with a check-in and extra breakfast even before the official time! It was very welcoming and helpful after the flight. We were given a room right in front of the sea so that you can see it from your small terrace on the ground floor (the best room!). In general the hotel is located at the end of the resort which makes it a perfectly isolated from marina. In my opinion this is the best location from any other hotel in the area. The private beach with all facilities is spectacular. You can have an early breakfast at 4am and ask for a breakfast-to-go. Definitely our choice for the next stay.
