The fine print
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that late check outs or early check ins are not available, however luggage storage facilities are available.
You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
Please note that there is a free shuttle bus from Cairns every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday starting at 10:00 and returning to Cairns the same day at 12:00. Bookings for the shuttle are subject to availability. For further information, please contact the property in advance using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must be in a private room (dorm rooms are accepted however if the number of guests is less than the number of beds, each of the beds must be booked so the room is considered private).
