Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.
Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If this policy is ignored in any way, your bond may be kept.
