The location was fine for us as it was a short walk from New Quay. Weather was kind to us so no issue with walking into the fishing village. Space in property was OK for us as we were 3 adults. Beds comfortable and lovely quilts. Didn't use the modern fire or TV whilst there but looked very good. Shower (over the bath) was hot but could have done with a slip mat in the bath as felt a little nervous getting out. Wardrobe space good but no chest of drawers in the twin room - this didn't really matter as we used the shelving unit. We felt it was good value for money and would consider stopping again when in the area.
