Great staff who were always willing to assist and help. Allowed us to have a quick shower before our flight even though we had already check-out. Made a whole difference. The concierge was very helpful in organising day trips for us. What we enjoyed the most was the Avartana restaurant, fine dining and great service, as well as the pool.

Personalised service at every level. We enjoyed excellent human touch and warmth in the dining rooms, at the spa, in the lounge, inside the rooms with housekeeping and front office. Once they knew we were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary, our room was beautifully decorated with a delicious cake on the table. The Front Office Manager came personally to enquire about our stay. Both check in and check out were smooth. Everything was above our expectations.

It was very close to the airport which was nice given our flight was early. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, great hospitality. Special shout out to concierge Mr Shafan, he was very helpful and attentive to our requests.
