The staff were helpful and supportive with the booking arrangements. Although we had difficulty doing online payments they were patient with us and allowed us to make payment upon arrival. The location was good,close to the tram station with easy access into CBD and nearby services. The Hotel rooms were kept tidy on a daily basis, the beds were comfortable with clean facilities. Location was close to the convention centre which was convinient for our movement to & fro. Thank you for this experience and I highly recommend for anyone travelling to attend events at the Melbourne Convention Center.

Our room was very clean, spotless. The robes supplied were lovely and soft and upon arriving the Hotel has a gorgeous scent in the air. The Hotel has modern, stylish decor and everything is upkept. The pool has city views and so nice for an Hotel to have the pool outside in the lovely sun rather than indoors. Although smaller than we imagined, the pool worked for what we needed. I enjoyed a lovely steak in the restaurant which far exceeded typical hotel food. Wasn’t expecting a washer, dryer and full size fridge in our room either.

we really appreciated the staff that were able to allocate us apartment s close together on the same floor. it made it so much easier for family interaction. The apartments were lovely and clean.
