Large apartments and rooms with balconies and excellent views. Always wonderful reception with Elvie and August welcoming you like a second home.

All in all a great 2 day getaway. Location was good although a little noisy being opposite the train lines, however the double glazed windows made the noise negligible. Walking distance to he Casino district and South Wharf. Breakfast was great, abundant with a good mix of things to choose from. Especially liked the fact that your eggs were cooked to order,( how you liked them). Would happily stay again

What a convenient location, close to both Southern Cross and Flinders St Stations and with the CBD shops, Southbank venues and Crown a short walk away. Our Riverview Room was bright and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the view across the river from our balcony, specially with the ‘Crown flames’ each hour! We were so pleased the Williams Restaurant was open and we enjoyed absolutely delicious breakfasts on both mornings as well as an awesome dinner. Every staff member we engaged with (both in the hotel and restaurant) was cheerful, welcoming and eager to help in any way. We’ve stayed several times now and we will be back again!

Location was amazing. The view from the balcony was spectacular over the Christmas period and the staff made us feel so welcome topped up with a buffet breakfast on the Sunday morning.
