the parking $50 plux tax is excessive. The price in Hollywood is high, but could be a better benefits. The breakfast is very basic. Only one point is location, a short ubber $ 12 to Universal and a short walk to subway.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean with everything needed. Breakfast had a good range.

Property is well located but also causes problems with road noise at night. Staff were receptive and friendly and ready to provide required items and at breakfast. Special callout to Marietta for her attentiveness. Soap used in sink wws Dove which is a skin moisturiser amd not anti bacterial.

The staff made our kids feel so welcomed and everyone was SO kind. From the valet to the complimentary breakfast, everyone was super nice and very helpful. My kids (11, 9 & 7) felt like celebrities.
