Location.. grounds .. rooms .. beds .. cleanliness .. safety .. staff get out of their way to make stay comfortable and pleasant.. nice beach and lagoon .. short distance from airport and from varied local restaurants of very high quality

Dislike the fact that keys get dismagnetized constantly (if they touch the phone, headset, towels etc). The pick up car was a broken mini bus, for a transfer that was carged 10x the normal price
