Great location, walking distance to all the main attractions, the rooms are really spacious - we got upgraded to a huge apartment for free! Had all the essentials - microwave, washing machine etc, rooms made up daily. Absolutely spotless and very new - lovely staff too!

Convenient location, close by the main train station. Although there was a big construction there, the room's sound proof was very good! Friendly amd supportive staff. Spacious room with kitchen facilities

Nice apartment that was close to the train station and some great restaurants. We only had one night here more as a convenience to catch an early train but we were pleasantly surprised. It's in a quiet backstreet location with some little coffee shops. Large apartment compared to most other Vietnamese hotels. The staff were great, very kind and welcoming.

Very friendly staff and a very quiet room. Must try the the egg coffe in MiAo and 3 stretfood in that street. They look creepy but they are safe and they are Michelin star destroyers.

The room is very clean and new. The service was excellently done by very nice people who work there. The location is the reason we stayed here and why we would come back when visiting Hanoi. Walking around this old part of town was very fun, very close to the exhibition center and nice restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was clean, and the breakfasts were delicious and included in the room rate. The room also had kitchenware for cooking. We will definitely stay here again next time.
