Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartamento Setor Bueno in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of BRL 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that parking space is limited and are available upon reservation at an additional cost. Please note that bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost. According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069 / 1990, minors under 18 years of age can not check in at hotels unless accompanied by their parents or an employee. Please note that if a minor is accompanied by an adult other than a parent, a written authorization must be given for check-in at the hotel. This authorization must be signed by both parents, authenticated and accompanied by certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All children under 18 years of age must also present a valid photo ID that proves their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by them. If the minor is accompanied by only one parent, a notarized authorization must be presented and signed by the absent parent, together with a certified copy of the identity document.
