The fine print
Please inform The Fred - Adults only Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please be advised if pets are left unattended in the rooms they must be placed in a pet crate so that housekeepers may service the rooms.
You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a room at The Fred. Persons 18-25 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay at The Fred.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout The Fred especially including rooms, balconies and grounds. An Environmental Cleaning Fee up to $500 will be added to your ledger if you smoke in your room.
