Please inform Fitzroy Island Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located 45 minutes away from Cairns by boat transfer. For scheduled service times, please contact the property. Please note the last service of the day to depart Cairns is at 13:30 and the earliest service to depart the property is at 9:30. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Please note that alcohol is not permitted onto the island. Any alcohol brought onto the island will be held by the Resort until day of departure. Please be aware that due to the resort liquor license, guests must be 18 years or older, or travelling with a parent or legal guardian.
Fitzroy Island Resort reserves the right to pass on the 1.95% for Visa & Mastercard transactions and 2.95% for American Express card payments.
All bookings that are due to check in between the 22nd of December and the 7th of January, are non-refundable. Fitzroy Island Resort reserves the right to charge the credit card provided at the time of booking any time prior to arrival for these dates.
