Children under 4 years old are free of charge if sharing room with parents.

There will be a compulsory fee applied for Christmas and New year Gala Dinner(31/12) and not included room rate and surcharge rate, which will be charged upon check-in date.
• A deposit is required upon check-in for additional services or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Deposit only in VND.
• Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 140 centimeters will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.
• When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup.

• Guests are required to check the room’s furniture and minibar (food and drinks) upon check-in and check-out.

The accommodation was big the location was well kept and tidy. Towels were changed ( even though we didn’t ask for them) water was topped up Daily but was not enough no cleaning was done

Loved everything about this property - staff were also great in acknowledging our anniversary from the check in conversation to leaving a lovely surprise cake in our room. The villa is everything and it’s so big - would’ve been great if there was also a washing machine in there.

The property was amazing. We had the 4 bedroom villas. It was clean, very maintained and the staff was very accommodating. The staff always there to help us if needed. A tuk tuk will take you from place to place free of charge.
