Bay Cottage, on the shores of Lough Neagh, offers comfortable rooms, tea or coffee with cake or biscuits on arrival, free Wi-Fi in the house, easy off street parking and a friendly welcome.
The cooked breakfasts include free range eggs from the resident hens, pork products from rare breed pigs and some fruit from the garden weather permitting. Evening meals or snacks are available on request.
The bedrooms all have views of the Lough and some have free Wi-Fi. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, radio, tea/coffee making facilities and free toiletries.
There is a resident sitting room with a multi-fuel stove, magazines, books, games and a TV. There is also free Wi-Fi in the public areas.

One-Bedroom Apartment

Converted hayloft above the garage with its own entrance, kitchen/living area, one bedroom, bathroom and decking area at first floor level with wonderful views of Lough Neagh. The bedroom has either 2 single or 1 super-king size bed plus 2 sofabeds. One is in the living room and opens into a standard double bed, and the other is in the bedroom and opens into a 4-foot bed, suitable for a child or one adult. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas hob and microwave, plus all the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery and china.
