Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children’s extra bed charges directly with the hotel.On-site parking is available on a first come, first serve basis for GBP 10 per night. Alternatively, there is a large 24hr pay and display car park at the back of the property.Dog are allowed in designated guest rooms for a charge of GBP 20 per night. Please notify the hotel in advance.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses and a side dish from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Beautiful building, welcome on arrival was lovely. Stayed into a junior suite, absolutely stunning, luxury toiletries and robes. Bar staff were polite and attentive as we're breakfast staff. Breakfast supetb. Just an overall great experience...

We booked late at night very last minute. The night manager was exceptional and the staff so friendly and helpful. We had to leave quite early the following morning to continue our journey but even though we were at the hotel for such a short time we really enjoyed the stopover. Bringing our two dogs was not a problem and they were made very welcome. Thank you again to the night manager and staff.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with close proximity to Cheltenham centre. Food and service were extremely poor. We were a group of 20, and all had pre ordered our meals. Our food wasn't served altogether. Food quality and service were poor. For such a lovely hotel, we were all extremely disappointed with the food quality and service.
