We loved everything. From the friendly staff to the amazing breakfast. The rooms were spotless and had everything we required in them. Cleaning staff were excellent. Throughout my trip, I didn't have to ask reception for a single thing not even a bottle of water. The views of the mountains from our room were exceptional! My mum got sick on the day we landed at cape town. The hotel provided excellent support. They acted so fast and were so caring. They provided us with everything that we needed for her even a doctor which came to the room. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the pepperclub hotel and we still talk about the service that we had received. We will definitely be back to this excellent 5 star hotel!

The property was able to provide a crib for the child upon request. The property have complementary return shuttles to V&A and Camps Bay. Moreover their 24 hours food service and wonderful restaurant is so convenient. The staff is kind and informative.
