We were travelling with friends who checked in earlier and we asked for accommodation closer to their house. The guy on the reception was willing to satisfy our request. And he did.

We stayed in those houses before and it was all fine, shame that they didn’t have parking in front of the house so you have to unload your bags and then bring your car to another parking lot which for us was further away. But we didn’t come there for that :) tropical islands are as usually wonderful for kids, lots of things to do, prices have gone up though, so you do need to leave some do-re-mi for the food if you travel with 2-4 kids it gets into your pocket, other than that we enjoy our time, we waited till the late evening till the pool was empty and went on all the slides we wanted, it gives you another feeling when it’s not so crowded.

Accommodation is great but would suggest provision of fans or aircon . Staff are nice but need to learn english so they can communicate well

Accommodation was superb. Immaculate and everything we needed. Peaceful location. Loved the key fobs and for payment meaning no cash or cards had to be carried. Food options were varied and catered for vegans (unusual in many places) so much to do in the dome
