Staff were so helpfully and welcoming. Staff member Egor on reception made my daughter a lovely hot chocolate when we got back in the evening after a long day of site seeing which was much appreciated. Check in and out was very quick.

The location is convenient, and all Ibis hotels are more or less the same so you know what to expect. The staff were super friendly, and the car park is close enough.
