Central location within easy access to a train station. Welcoming staff who were always on hand to answer a query. Lovely room , serviced to a high standard. Nice to be able to return after a day of sightseeing to a night cap in the lounge bar! Hotel very nicely appointed.

We arrived early on Friday morning 11am hoping to leave our bags until 3pm checkin but we met Tara at reception and she very kindly was able to check us in. Tara was so welcoming and highly efficient…. super front of house person.

The breakfast was excellent had lunch in the bar on arrival. A mix up with our order my wife had her lunch finished by the time mine arrived but these things happen, to be honest it didn't bother us and the bar staff were excellent the way it was dealt with.

Staff are amazing 👏🏻 Tony, paul and john always look after us. Have done for years. Anything we need is need they are always happy to help. And always go above and beyond to help when we need anything. Wonderful people ❤️

Everything was lovely except the shower. No matter the temperature it was set to it gave a burst of extremely hot(scalding)water once or twice a minute. This was the only fault in an otherwise great stay

We had a lovely stay here. We stayed in the Executive twin double room for 1 night. Everything was clean and modern, and the beds were comfortable. We also had the buffet breakfast, which was lovely and had a good variety. It's very central to everything in Belfast, and seemed very affordable for such a nice hotel

Beautiful hotel and the rooms were very clean. They have a lovely bar and have a great gym too. Brilliant location, right beside St. George’s market. The reception staff were friendly. The air conditioning in our room broke (turned off and was flashing red) and it was quite warm in the room. The shower was poor, the water was very hot then very cold then back to very hot again.
