Everything was OK. The parking can fit even an BMW X5 for Euro 10 per night. The metro station was 150meter away, amd the metro ticket less than 13 euro per day. I am looking forward to go again!!

Cozy place, not bad view from window, clean room, and bathroom, very close metro, which helped us to travel around paris. Everything nice, i think surpassed our expectations.
