“A gem in the city.”

A beautiful apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. Super rainforest shower, comfortable bed and lots of space. The location was perfect for walking to the sites and many many restaurants to choose from. It was super easy to access the apartment . The coffee machine and complimentary cakes were very much appreciated.

Another lovely stay in the centre of the old town at Habiticiones Amelia, check-in was super easy via the email instructions and our room on the 2nd floor room 302 was immaculately clean on arrival and daily cleaning took place, the bed was super comfortable with lovely duvet and pillows, we had a double room with 2 juliet balconies with view of the street, plenty of bars and restaurants within a few steps and the beautiful beach is a short walk away we really couldn't fault anything and would stay here on our next visit to Alicante. We had a wonderful time seeing in the New Year in the Old Town, just perfect 👌 I would go as far to say these are the cleanest apartments we have ever stayed in and the selection of chocolates in thr lobby were delicious and topped up daily 😀

Absolutely everything. The space was big, extremely clean, gorgeous. Honestly, I was shocked when I arrived as I expected very little and I was hit with luxury. Thank you! Goodness me and I am a picky person as anything.

Excellent location in a small side street in central Alicante. Lovely large room and bathroom with a small balcony. There is no reception but if you need assistance there is a number to call and somebody is on site to help. Excellent value for money.

Wonderful location Clean and comfortable place to stay. Shower great! So quiet to sleep given the central location. Excellent double glazed windows. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The location was excellent, right down the street from the best coffee shop ever. The apartment is cozy. Comfy bed. Great TV... quiet area. Loves it.

First of all i would like to say about pleasant and attantive host Julio , who met us and rapid reply when we write or call him during our living there. Hotel locate in heart of old town there are many good restaurants around and ony 7 min walk to beach

The location right in the heart of the old town was perfect for us, stepped outside to a full range of coffee shops and restaurants yet a short stroll from the beach and promenade. The email link to access the apartment was easy to follow and worked well. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with a fresh smell in all areas, clean towels daily was great. A lift took us to the first floor and the bed was so comfortable, we have booked this accommodation for New year eve celebrations so looking forward to being in the heart of town again. Next visit we've made sure we have a room with a balcony for reasons listed in next section.
