Health Care Members of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland are entitled to free emergency medical treatment providing they have a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) with them (this has replaced the old E111). For emergencies, ring 166 (public ambulance). Note * A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from all travellers over one year of age coming from infected areas.
