Fascinating Croatia
Perfectly situated on the Adriatic Coast, Croatia’s fascinating cities, irresistible coastline, sun and cheap living make it a fantastic destination. Its capital Zagreb is an exciting culmination of Eastern and Western Europe. The city is renowned for it’s many baroque and gothic churches, and you can get fantastic views of the city from the Lotrscak Tower in the North-west. Although Dubrovnik was heavily shelled in the early 1990s, the old town of Stari Grad has been restored to its historical marble-paved squares, steep cobbled streets and delightful architecture. However, the highlight of your visit will probably be the city’s fortified walls, built between the 13th and 16th centuries.
